Hello.

I am Ms. Laces and Lattes (also known as Jessica).

I started this blog originally as a healthy living blog but it has morphed into more of an outlet to keep me writing as much as I can. Why Laces and Lattes? Well, I love running to put it lightly. It is my purest form of relaxation, meditation and staying active. And I love coffee. And because Running and Coffee sounds a bit off and (Shoe)Laces and Lattes has some great alliteration, it stuck.

I love mornings, alliteration and the semi-colon, a long run in a new place in the world and I foster an undying appetite for all- natural peanut butter.

I firmly believe that life is to be lived with integrity, joy and unrelenting intention. This is a chronicle of an accident prone, impulsive and sincere person’s attempt at doing it right the first time.
